Over a year, I was planning promoting tours to all around the world, and concentrated on the ones that I can lead myself, such as Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Scandinavia, and that was my top priority as I have been already twice as a research trip! Although I have promoted Scandanavia enough time before the beginning of the Summer, I got only one customer who was insisting to join, when I have met with Nabil in Qatar, I have tried to explain to him that normally I don’t take less than 3 customers, but since he was looking forward for it, and I felt like I needed an excuse to get away, I took him onboard!
Luckily, the trip was successfully achieved on the exact days without any delays from taking off in Bonn, until arriving from the ferry in Kiel! The challenges I had were leading a tour with one customer only, which made me concentrate more on how or where to find him, making sure he is always around and making sure he doesn’t get into any critical situation, assuming that he never been on a big adventure! I was really proud, not of myself for leading this challenging tour, but of Nabil for completing this tour without any injury, for a beginner, he achieved way more than many adventurers I know! well done Nabil!

another thing which I was so happy I did on this tour, was meeting my pen pall Sverre, who we used to write since 1992, and over the years we lost contact, until social media appeared and found each other! I was so happy to perform a minor detour to meet with him in his town Sortland! it was so nice of him that he still kept all the letters I have sent him and he presented them to us! overall, it was a great experience to add Sortland as a endpoint of that day

And now, since the trip is over, it is time to recharge and plan next, is it Algeria? Tunisia? or morocco?
